PROGRAMS & SERVICES - SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS MCKINSTRY AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM Supervised by: Quakerdale of Waterloo McKinstry After-School program is designed to help youth feel success, reduce violence and/or delinquency and support the family. The programs provide academic assistance, positive social skill development, structured physical activities and group process. Programs are designed for third and fourth graders who are struggling in school or exhibiting violent behaviors. Programming is provided within the school immediately following the school day for approximately two hours.
