Assessment activities provide complete and current information regarding a child and family to recommend appropriate service levels.

Depending on the level of assessment requested, components may include: a behavioral assessment and academic assessment of the child; a family assessment which includes a complete childhood developmental history, a parent interview and child interview; standardized testing and the coordination of psychological/psychiatric testing.
