PROGRAMS & SERVICES - AFTER-CARE
Campuses providing this program:
After-Care services are provided to youths re-entering their home community following discharge from placement. The youth are assessed to determine what will make their reentry to the community successful and are assigned a case manager to assist in getting those needs met. Services support and maintain the youths' involvement in their community.
