Every child deserves the opportunity to be nurtured in a loving permanent home. Quakerdale seeks to provide services that ensure that families are recognized, supported, and encouraged in providing a permanent placement for children.

The goal of the "Circle of Caring" program is to ensure stability in the adoption/foster placement and avoid disruptions by supporting families through services that are solution-focused, strength-based and accessible.

Circle of Caring Services include:

• parent education and training
• mentoring new adoptive/foster families by experienced adoptive/foster families
• trained professional adoption/foster specialists
• adoption/foster care support groups
• workshops
