Our Mission Statement:
"Blending history, vision and Christian values, Quakerdale strengthens youth and their families through services which encourage positive change, promote peacemaking, and empower them to face the future with hope."

CIRCLE OF CARING

Quakerdale offers a support service called "Circle of Caring" for adoptive and foster parents in the Iowa counties we serve. Quakerdale is a private, not-for-profit family and children's social service agency in Iowa that was founded in 1851. Facilities are located at Manning, Marshalltown, Newton, New Providence, and Waterloo, Iowa.

Circle of CaringServices are based on the philosophy that youth and families have resources within themselves to make changes. Our responsibility is to help them identify those resources and to apply them in ways that will enhance their lives and help them to become productive citizens.

Circle of Caring is a support program provided
by Quakerdale for foster & adoptive parents.
