In light of our mission to provide encouraging opportunities to families, youth and communities we will be holding the first Quakerdale Marriage Enrichment Retreat on March 30th and 31st at the Wolfe Ranch Life Enrichment Center in Marshalltown, Iowa.
The two day retreat will provide an opportunity for husbands and wives to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of life and spend quality time together as a couple. Fun and engaging activities will educate couples on how to strengthen the foundation of their marriage. Through Christian perspective and various disciplines of psychology the following areas will be discussed:
- Communication Killers
- Conflict Management
- Personality Difference
- Teamwork for Marriage
- Rebuilding Trust
- Improving Problem Solving
- Seasons of Marriage
Paul and Jennifer Daniel will be leading the retreat. Jennifer Daniel holds the position of Equine Program Director at Quakerdale and Paul Daniel is the Clinical Director of Center Associates in Marshalltown, Iowa. He provides therapy in schools, works with law enforcement, consults with various Head Start programs and more. Both Paul and Jennifer have committed their lives to working to enrich the lives of others, and have been highly recognized as skilled motivational and spiritual leaders.
The retreat will begin at 6:00 pm on Friday, March 30th and close at 5:30 pm on Saturday, March 31st.
