Quakerdale Updates
Quakerdale is on the move as fall approaches! In addition to school being back in session we are counting down the days until our 160th Celebration at the New Providence Heritage Fest scheduled Saturday, September 17th! Featured events will include: two master gardener presentations, campus tours, and a greased pig contest. We look forward to seeing everyone!
In other news, Broer Center expansion is going well. Here are some recent photos of the Story County Construction crew pouring the foundation!
Mark your calendars for two upcoming events:
Saturday, September 24th -- Grand Parade - - The Wolfe Ranch Life Enrichment center will be taking part in the Grand Parade at Marshalltown's Oktemberfest.
Wednesday, October 12 -- Pizza Ranch Fundraiser - - Grab your family and friends and eat dinner at Pizza Ranch in Marshalltown, Eldora, Iowa Falls or Cedar falls to support the Quakerdale Promise Academy! Quakerdale staff and Promise Academy students will teaming up from 5 pm - 8 pm providing customers with quality customer service. From filling drinks to bussing tables Quakerdale will be working hard and needs your help because Pizza Ranch will donate 10% of the money raised from 5 pm - 8 pm! Tips are also welcomed.
