Back to School

admin posted on August 22, 2011 13:10

It's that time of year again!

School is back in session at the Quakerdale Promise Academy and

The basketball team is getting settled in...

Between planning for a full year and welcoming the team,Coach Stan has been working hard to spread the word about the prep-basketball program. Recently, the Signal-Review interviewed Coach Stan resulting an article being released on Wednesday, August 17. The story expressed the much needed support that the Quakerdale Prep Basketball Program is requesting from the community.

"If we can get this program built up, the returns for the area will be great within 4 to 5 years," said Hughes in the paper.  "I feel that by that time, we'll really have things revved up."  The article continued, "Hughes said he would like area people to get involved--possibly by serving as a bus drive or by buying the team a meal.  Coming to the games and seeing what the program is all about would be a good start." - Signal-Review

Story County Construction has been busy at work with the renovation and expansion of Broer Center!
