Jon
A former student from many years ago visited us. Jon admits he was not open to accepting help when he was here. After leaving Quakerdale, Jon had become involved with the wrong people. Bad choices earned him a prison sentence.

Thankfully, the seeds we had planted eventually took root. Jon got help and embraced a life of recovery. He went to school and started his own business. He has given his life over to Christ and is raising his own family.

Jon said, “Living at Quakerdale was the best time of my life. I felt safe. It took me a while to learn to live as a Christian, and now I believe God is making a way for me.”
